Major FGH 61850 Interop finding:
- Too many optional data retrieval modes: polling, URCB, BRCB, GOOSE, (GSSE), USV, MSV
- COMTRADE file locations (directories) not clearly defined
- File creation date (local vs. UTC) not defined
- Selection not used as control lockout (select/operate requests are sent milliseconds apart)
- GOOSE content FCD/FCDA still not always implemented
- No way to indicate which TPAA connection parameters are fixed/variable
- ConfRev not always updated in online data object when configuration has changed
- RCB instance choice by clinets is sometimes "first available" and sometimes statically configured. Cannot mix these!
